Published by the Curwen Press in 1960 on manilla paper. The subject of this piece is “The Ass and a Noblewoman” an illustration taken from “The Golden Ass” by Lucius Apuleius. The frame size is 50cms x 59.5cms and the image is 14 x 23.3cms.
