Before purchase please note that all our items unless otherwise stated are vintage and can be up to 100 years old and can therefore show some signs of wear. Also many of the items especially the glass are handmade and may have small imperfections such as bubbles, inclusions & lumps within the glass. These are not usually seen by collectors as faults or damage, but as part of the character of handmade glass and are not usually mentioned in the description. In any event we endeavour to describe the wear and to highlight any issues which my detract the items use or value. When paying with PayPal, please remember that we can only post your order to the address you have registered with PayPal. If you require your order to be posted to a different address than PayPal, please ensure you amend your address details on your PayPal account (and making sure you set it to be your "Primary Address") before proceeding to make payment for your order.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain the property of ashh-collectables until the order has been paid for and funds have been confirmed as cleared.
All our items include the cost of second class recorded postage to anywhere within the United Kingdom. We will ship overseas but please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise you of the cost which will be added to your item price less the price of the UK postage cost which is free. We reserve the right to decline to post to some overseas destinations. In all cases the postage cost includes a small packaging and handling fee. We take great care when packing our items to ensure that they reach you safe and secure when in transit.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All orders are despatched within 3 working days from receipt of cleared funds. Working days are Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays. Payments received Friday/Saturday/Sunday will automatically be classed as being received on Monday.
Your custom is important to us so in the unlikely event of there being a problem please contact us within 4 days of receipt through our email address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to resolve any problem.
We will always give a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs) if a buyer considers that the item is not as described. Then the item needs to be returned by 1st Class Recorded Delivery in original packaging and in the same condition as shipped.
